Our company looking for new team members,  who can take care of customers and administrative support in United Kingdom.  We are looking for responsible persons who have willingness to work from  home, via Internet, few or more hours a day and as a free lancer. We  offer a position of assistant and vendor.

Assistant
Responsible for administration of the regional web site in United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

Adding of new accommodation listings on our web site.
Corrections of existing listings.
Daily work with administration system (Admin) of the company. Helping with improvement of the system.
Creation and posting of new SEO content.
Creating newsletters for existing members.
Recovery of delinquent accommodation owners.
Client support – mainly the questions about listings and their improvement.
Maintenance of social networks and other marketing actions to get more traffic to our website.
Translation from English to your native language.

Abilities and skills
Perfect knowledge of your native language (spelling and speaking).
Active knowledge of English.
Very good computer skills.
High attention to details.
Creative copywriter.
Responsible person.
Good knowledge of your native country in traveling.
Team player.
Well organized person.
Fast typewriting is advantage.

Their mainly responsibilities will be to communicate with potential and existing clients (accommodation owners) in your country.

Your responsibilities:
Acquisition of new clients (accommodation owners) in your country – passive and active telemarketing and telesales.
Creating and sending direct marketing e-mails.
Recovery of delinquent accommodation owners.
Customer  support – communication with potential and existing clients about new  subscription (registration) or prolonging existing listings, solving  their problems.

Your abilities and skills:
Active knowledge of English.
Excellent in native language (spelling and speaking).
Very good sales, presentation and communication skills – especially through phone and e-mail.
Proactive and assertive person.
Resistant to stress situation. Responsible person.
Able to deal with new problems and ability and willingness to solve them.
Very good computer skills.
Team player.
