Yahoo Answers alike	Need a qualified programmer to develop the following website: Function: This is how the website must work. The principal is kind of like Yahoo Answers with a different function and some alterations. 1- Users (called "consultant students") can create an account by providing an email, name, contact info, education, university, cv, age. There info is then added in a database. 2- Web visitors (not sign-up users) click on a button and then fill in a form with text. Attached to the form there is a category chooser (categories represent the field (science, law...) of the data in form). 3- The form is then sent and posted on the users profiles (users that have the same category in their profile). Users can then answer to the form. Answer is sent to the site administrator along with the info (email) of the web visitor. 4- The administrator can then choose to send the answer back to the web visitor or not. 5- Upon retreval of email the web visitor can rate (5 star rating) the answer. The Rating is then added to the users account (the user who initialy answerd). 6- Over time users rating is the mean of all ratings received so far. Users never have info on the web visitor who ask the questions. All along users can alter their profile information and sign-up. They need to be pre-approved by administrator before they can use their account. Design: Simple and fast. Web 2.0-ish. 500 Forum Questions/Answers	This project is to create 500 questions/answers (in excel) which will be used in multiple expat discussion forums of mine. Each Question or Answer will count toward the 500 total. These will fall under various categories (ie, finance, sports, health�) It should not take too much time to create these since I will allow you to copy and paste these from other Expat web sites which I will give you. Pick only the ones that has high volume of replies or views. I will not define the exact length but will require you to substitute the ones I deem too short or inappropriate. The answers you select can be alittle funny or have weird comments but must also answer/comment directly on the question. These need to be Q/A that would be relevant all around the world either in Tokyo, Moscow, Mumbai or...... For Questions that have no Answers (since answer is specific for city (ie best restaurant in Seattle) just write the question.
